Fanta Celah

Fanta Celah, which literally means, “Meditate at dawn by the clear waters,” is a visionary Artist of Jamaican decent, who’s gracious and loving spirit nurtures the world. BEING INTUNE WITH THE UNIVERSAL FORCES, FANTA BECAME SYNCRANYSTICALLY ALIGNED WITH KELAN "PHIL" COHRAN"S MUSIC AND TEACHINGS. NOW, SHE USES HER VOICE TO PENETRATE THE ETHERS, WITH COHRAN'S PROPHETIC MELODIES, THAT WILL STIMULATE THE EVOLUTION OF MAN. FANTA CELAH IS THE ONLY SOLO ARTIST TO PERFORM WITH KELAN IN 2008 AND BEYOND AND SHE ALSO PLAYED THE ROLE OF A DANCER & A DIVA IN THE LEGENDARY "SUN RA TRIBUTE" ON AUGUST 14TH, 2008. Through her cosmic path with Kelan, she has learned that MUSIC IS THE SPIRIT ESSENCE OF LIFE, THE HEART BEAT OF HUMANITY.

FANTA CELAH HAS BEEN SINGING SINCE her youth, & WAS noted as having perfect pitch. She studied world music and has sung in many tongs. Fanta excelled in Jazz performance, which she accredits to the mentorship of BILLIE HOLIDAY, ELLA FITZGERALD & THE SULTRY DIVAS OF THE 30'S & 40'S. She joined a jazz ensemble that traveled and performed nationally. IN 1998, she received the "ELLA FITZGERALD AWARD" for her superior performance in Scatting.

FANTA CELAH HAS MASTERED MANY EXPRESSIONS OF THE ARTS. SHE BEGAN HER PAINTING CAREER AT THE AGE OF 15, around which time; she sold her work and won many awards. Once she moved to Chicago in 1999, she changed the face of art. She mastered realism, so when she went straight abstract, at the drawing, of her exhibitions in Chicago. Not only was she the youngest artist at twenty years old, but she was the only abstract at that time In 2001 to 2003, she regularly displayed her work at the SOUTHSIDE ART CENTER, Susan Woodson Gallery, The South Shore Cultural Center, had solo shows,& participated in the “Black Creativity” Juried Art Show at the Science & Industry Museum in Chicago. She was exhibiting with other artists, such as Dayo Laoye, Andre Guichard, Carol sawall, & Maragaret Burrows. From 2003-2007 she chose the “style of the masters”, dynamic landscapes, with realistic images of women over laid transparently in the horizon. She infuses her paintings with healing messages of self love, evolution, the manifestation of your goals; and all who view her collection are immediately downloaded. Finally sharing her true talent with Chicago, She was named “Artist of the Month” in August 2007. She, then, began showing her new collection at Gallery Guichard, where she sold “Mother Spirit”, a 3’ x 5’ painting the day it was hung. In February 2008, she traveled with the gallery to the “Black Fine Art Show” in SOHO, New York. In 2009, she worked on legendary projects to erect art galleries in Ghana & South Africa. She also participated in FESMAN 2009, an international Black Arts Festival in Dakar, Senegal.

Fanta launched her website (www.FantaCelah.com) in July of 2008, which brought not only her art, but also her fine Crystal Healing Jewelry to the World market. She continues to acuminate boutiques & shops to supply the world with the most immaculately intricate jewelry that they have ever seen. Ashe’. She instills a harmonious healing energy into her jewels & art work, which is known by many names… Auric Healing, Chromo therapy, Color healing. That means, when you have a “Fanta Celah” in your home, your energy will be super-changed and rejuvenated, or you will receive a calming effect, a sense of balance. Her work affirms the highest state of human potential.
