They began as a group of 11 with their WU-Tang Klan-ish presence the developed into a collective of 4 elements watering the minds of poetry connoisseurs everywhere. The collective has often been compared to the likes of the Pharcide, the Fugees and Digable Planets. Quickly gaining a reputation as hiphop’s answer, POETREE has toured the country rocking venues with artists such as Dead Prez, John Legend and Common. The group of 4 released a classic album “Positive Pollution” on April 1st and he highly anticipated release immediately sold over 2000 copies in the Midwest and still climbing.
